Our Approach to Floral Design
Inspired by the natural movement and organic beauty of florals, each design is created to feel effortless, romantic, and thoughtfully composed. Rather than rigid or overly structured arrangements, the focus is on natural textures, seasonal blooms, and palettes that feel cohesive with the setting.
Whether a coastal celebration, vineyard estate, or garden ceremony, the goal is always the same: to create florals that enhance the atmosphere and feel as though they belong naturally within the environment.
Flowers have always felt like a form of storytelling to me. Each wedding is an opportunity to create something completely unique — an atmosphere shaped through color, texture, and the natural movement of florals.
As the founder and lead designer of Flowers by Jordan Marie, I approach every celebration with an artistic perspective, carefully curating florals that feel organic, timeless, and thoughtfully connected to the setting. From vineyard estates to coastal ceremonies, my goal is always the same: to create designs that feel effortless, elevated, and deeply memorable.
While I lead the overall floral vision and design direction for each wedding, our studio team works together behind the scenes to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.
Welcome, and thank you for considering Flowers by Jordan Marie for your wedding day.
I believe florals have the power to completely transform a space, bringing together texture, color, and natural movement to create an atmosphere that feels both beautiful and meaningful. Every wedding I design is approached with intention, ensuring that each arrangement reflects the couple, the setting, and the overall vision for the day.
Within this guide you’ll find an overview of the services offered, along with investment ranges to help you begin envisioning what your celebration could look like.
I’m truly honored you’re here and look forward to the possibility of designing something beautiful together.
Jessica plays an essential role in the experience here at Flowers by Jordan Marie. From the initial proposal to the final design details, she works closely with our couples to ensure every element of their floral plan comes together seamlessly.
Jessica assists in developing custom proposals, coordinating details throughout the planning process, and supporting the floral design and installation on wedding days. Her thoughtful communication and attention to detail help make the planning experience smooth and enjoyable for every couple.
⸻
How do we secure our date?
A signed contract and a 25% retainer are required to reserve your wedding date. The retainer is applied toward your final balance and ensures your date is officially held on our calendar.
⸻
What does the floral order minimum mean?
For weddings requiring delivery and full setup, we require a minimum floral investment of $5,000. This includes both florals and any applicable delivery or setup services.
For smaller orders that are being picked up, there is no minimum.
⸻
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. We offer full delivery and setup for weddings and events. The rate varies depending on location, floral volume, and installation needs.
⸻
How do you choose which flowers to use?
We select flowers based on your inspiration photos, requested color palette, seasonal availability, and the overall style of your celebration. Each design is thoughtfully composed to feel natural, romantic, and cohesive with your wedding setting.
⸻
Will my flowers look exactly like the inspiration photos I share?
Inspiration images are a helpful starting point, but each wedding we design is completely unique. We use your inspiration, color palette, season, and overall vision as guidance while thoughtfully selecting flowers that are fresh and available at the time of your event.
The result is a design that feels cohesive, romantic, and personalized to your celebration rather than an exact replication of another arrangement.
⸻
Do you offer consultations or samples?
We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your vision and event details. Floral samples can also be created upon request, though they are not complimentary and are designed based on your inspiration and event palette.
⸻
How will we receive our photos?
Your images will be delivered through an online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your photos. All images are professionally edited and delivered in high resolution. Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 10 weeks, with a sneak peek available within the first 10 days.
⸻
What if we feel uncomfortable in front of the camera?
You are not alone — most couples feel this way at first. Our approach is relaxed and natural, and we will gently guide you throughout the day so you feel comfortable and confident. The goal is simply to focus on each other and enjoy the moment.
⸻
Do you work with a second photographer?
For most weddings, I include or recommend a second photographer to ensure your day is documented fully — from multiple perspectives and all of the in-between moments happening throughout the celebration.
This allows us to capture everything from getting ready through the reception while ensuring nothing is missed.
⸻
How is content creation different from videography?
Content creation focuses on capturing candid moments and short video clips throughout your wedding day using an iPhone. These clips are typically delivered quickly and are perfect for sharing on social media or reliving moments shortly after the celebration.
Videography uses professional video equipment and editing to create a cinematic wedding film. Content creation is a more candid, behind-the-scenes approach that captures the natural moments of the day as they unfold.
“Jordan brought our vision to life more beautifully than we could have imagined. The florals felt romantic, thoughtful, and completely transformed the space.”
